Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
16:24 (5:10,5:20,5:20). Didn't feel too bad but kind of relaxed too much in the second mile. I hate to say "Oh I'll be fine in November when it counts" because I think that's a cowardly way to behave. Instead I'll say, I don't think I'm in racing shape yet, but I can fake it for a 5k. Hopefully in 2 weeks I will have some more workouts under my belt and be able to run a pretty good 8k even though my mileage will still be north of 70.
Extended the cooldown to 25 minutes to get a little more mileage on the day.
