Weather: great weather small breeze, and sunny

from ymca to bowmans mill/ramseys and back up to the y
i originally planned on going for more but then i had to ask myself "will going this long benefit me?"

so i made a decision to turn back. I cannot get into shape this quickly or i will just peak too soon and get injured.

also i lost a no sleeve shirt bc i left it on the ground. ugh... i seem to have a problem with that
