Comments:
Did a good warm up then did a cruise interval workout. We did 4x4min/90sec rest, then took a couple minutes to get spikes on and then did 4x3min/90sec rest. I had a better workout today than last weeks. Number 2,3 of the 4 minutes I did pretty hard and then Numbers 1,4 on the 3 minutes I cranked out pretty well. Overall it was a good workout, tired.
