Swam after running to still get some extra cardio in, it felt really good jumping in the pool to cool off, my shoulder was still bothering me, also the pool was packed, like 20 middle aged asians doing a lap or two every 10 minutes and then being FURIOUS when you ask to share a lane, pretty standard
