Weather: mid 80s, superduper hot.

Comments:
felt like crap today. my legs felt so tight and my calves were so sore. i ran by myself the way there and with jen on the way back. i'm so happy i had someone to push me because my legs felt so tired and were about to give. today was a really hot day. good form but breathing was eh.

splits: 10:16, 10:01, 10:08, 10:04, 8:45.

my last mile might have been a bit off.

i stopped twice, once at the two mile to active stretch again and once at the 3 mile mark for water.
