jeez. probably the hardest workout ive ever done. of all the days to forget to hydrate well...
we all botched the first one, mid 80s. but then i was pleased to come in around 75,76 for all the rest of them (a few 74s and 77s as well) and 70 flat (i think) on the last one. even though my 400 splits were consistent, i seemed to be going out a bit too fast on each, usually coming through the 200 at around 36. got into a kind of zone at about the tenth one, oddly it wasn't as bad after that. the entire time i could feel my legs/form deteriorating steadily with each pickup. we then helped marisa and katherine through their last pickup. the cooldown back was pretty painful.
