Hilly laps

Weather: Mild, clear.

Comments:
Did the barnet hill laps, stopwatch went funny, but did two at approximately 10:30, so fairly fast. Forced myself to do a third, felt really tired, bargained that I could have a yoghurt if I burned the calories etc. Ended up about 11:30, really hard work. Need to try to add the 3rd one regularly to make up to race distance, and try to keep to pace.
