went to the csb at 6:15, but no one showed so i biked back home to warmup. did the 1/2mi stretch from the 1 - 1.5 on the old trail of creek rd with 1min walking recovery. the first interval sucked cause the 1.5 wasnt sprayed and the grass was overgrowing the old paint so i went further than needed (3min) and took more than a minute cracking a bush to put on the road as a marker (it turned out to be about 2:40-ish). the rest of the workout went as expected. the last 3 were only tough on the legs because i could really feel the lack of speed work. found myself singing along to my ipod at times so i guess thats a good thing. successful workout. foot felt good through the workout probably because i wore ds's, but the cool down was a little rough.
