Weather: Cold and rain...gross

Comments:
Workout went OK. Within the time range Tom wanted, but did not feel really good. Probably just tired from the weekend (hard work!) and "that time of month." 5 x 5:00 at 6-6:10 with :60 jogs. Ran about 6:08 average pace (:92s). Tom said 5-6 repeats and I did 5 because I felt a bit tired from last few days. Lifted afterwards.
