It was super hot and I just couldn't handle the heat. The plan was to start at 6:15 and drop 15 seconds a mile for 5 miles. I hit the first 3 and then it got hard. I absolutely tanked the 5th mile. 6:10 5:59 5:45 5:37 5:57.
