did a fartlek workout today. it was SO CRAPPPPY. my legs were kind of sore from all that water in the grass. i didn't know i was suppose to do it on pavement so i was passed out after my workout. my legs were so sore from that grass. i felt a bit lonely from running by myself. it was a pretty crappy day for me. my calves felt tight, and breathing was off. form was dec.

splits: 9:44, 9:58

did 8x45 second pickups after every 1:30s easy pace.

afterwards, did ab circuit, 50 body squats, and 3 sets x 10 runner's reaches on each leg.

i also did 10 x 100 meter strides.
