Comments:
Ran girls workout approx 6:35-6:45 for 3x1mile on 8:30min drill and 1x800m 3:15. recovery jog into men's workout
Ran last men's 800m at 2:30 and last 400m (80sec) with Steve of part.
Ran 1xmile at 7:05 with Cory, than jumped into my workout

6x800m at 2:33pace on 4min drill, last one with Stetson
