Weather: 75 and nice

Comments:
Ran right around lake over to Beacon. Up and over Florida and all the way to Harding BLVD. Right and over to downtown. Right through downtown and back to campus from lake. Then around the campus to finish. Core after. Felt pretty good, but hip flexors still sore!!!
