Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
7 mile tempo on MLK with two mile warm-up. I felt ok until the turn around, but when we all got split up I felt pretty drained on the way back. Finally at the very end I caught up to Peter but during the tempo, we all were split because of the turn around. I was not too hot but my legs were just really tired, maybe from my two long runs in 4 days. Anyway, we finished it. Then, to the track for 3 x 300 and back to Veale for lifting.
