Comments:
I went to the end of Perroville and back. I started with 15min easy then did 4x1min fast with 30sec bak and 4x2min fast with 1min break right after. I finished with 30min at a moderate pace and I tried to stay down in the arrow bars as much as possible. I felt a little soreness in my calves but otherwise felt good.
