Skipped practice today, jusrt couldnt handle another interval day, thats bullshit. Did an easy loop around my house. threw in some 30 second pickups for the hell of it and did the barefoot routine afterwards. Still feel like crap. Only good thign was I beat a strapping young lad who wanted to race me in my strides, pwned him.
