Comments:
did some hills today, coach lanese told me to WALK the downhill, i ran the first 1200 loop but then decided to do a shorter loop in order to get more hills in with my limited milage, i was planning on doing 2 more hills but coach lanese came and told me to STOP and BE SMART, i was like "okay?"....the hills themselves were rough, i got up them fine but my calves are sore, I can only imagine what they will be like tomorrow...where i was really strugling was on the flats after the hills, i had some trouble with breathing, have to remember what it feels like to run hard again, it HAS been like 1.5 years since I did actual workouts lol, i need to remember that, again just a small step, want to do more
