circuit, things were being taken up so I had to go out of order pretty badly, was sore after so i guess it worked, my knee was "hurting"(nobody freak out it wasn't that bad) on some of the box jumps and leg lifts so I went easier on them but i mean at this point I need to get in shape so coach will let me run oberlin
