Weather: Sunny, clear, bit chilly

Comments:
Actually felt good running for the first time in ages, tried to make it a bit brisk pace, and probably succeeded, but found it very hard coming up the hill at the end. I think my digestion and my energy systems think I'm still fasting or something. Anyway, nice run. Had a bit of aching and pain from my hip, but it's much better than last time.
