did drills no warm ups..
did a 3 miles cut down...
started at 90,2:59,4:17,5:54,7:10,8:45,10:08,11:30,12:54,14:04,15:36,16:55 pretty good.. felt strong!!!
then went to field and measured 1200 cool down.
