Comments:
Hit the track today for my first interval workout in a while. Just like last time, the track was covered in puddles...and it was raining. Took out my anger at the conditions and the fact that two lanes on the backstretch are still covered in bleachers by running the first 200 a little quick, but pacing was still alright. 3:18 3:17 3:19 3:16 3:16 3:10. 90 seconds rest. Felt pretty easy overall. A lot better than I thought I would. Wasn't struggling at any point and even the last rep felt in control.
