Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cool temp, nice in low 60s.

Comments:
did the warmup with the girls and cooldown with bettine, sara, delilah, ross, tom, and bennett. nice workout today. it was decent. breathing sucked, form was dec. i felt okay, shins were kind of sore but not really - i think it was because we were running on a slanted hill for half of the way.

idk times, but we did like a type of fartlek - not sure of the distance either.

leg and ab circuit afterwards.

also did 6x100 meter strides with delilah and kai.

felt so tired today, probably why i felt so out of energy. lack of sleep - too much homework. had an awesome breakfast, lunch, and snack before the run though. i need to get more sleep.
