Comments:
ran up cedar to harcourt to north park around the lake and back with ethan. i was feeling alright when i was with him, but on the way back by myself i felt absolutely terrible. my shins were fucking hurting terrible and i ran slow as hell. it was real bad.
afterwards, did the leg workout with coach rubin, which was okay except for the lunge jumps, which didnt do anything except kill my knees real bad.
