Comments:
Came out with win which is what mattered today. Went out dirt slow, pep talking our numbers 5-9 pack through the first mile (6:11). Was over 100 meters down on Stephen and Lauer. Caught CC's number 4 quickly to put the race in our hands. Then worked up to finally catch Stephen and Lauer with a half mile to go in the race. Didn't blow by right away but got away with 200 to go. Feel good about today's race still coming back. Still working back up to where I belong on the team.
