Weather: indoors? Quite nice.

Comments:
My knees only hurt during the 200s, and not very badly. The 1Ks killed me though! During the second one I just kind of died...I got the "you're dehydrated, stop now" headache and that's all I could think about. The third one, I chose to focus exclusively on my form, and I dropped 20 seconds off my second one. 200s were all at 49 except for the first (48) and the last (47).
