Weather: 65 in the shade, 75 in the sun

Comments:
2 mile warmup, sprint drills, 8x200, 1 mile cool down

I was 2 reps into my workout when one of my coworkers came over and started talking to me about a hiking trip this weekend. He wanted to go talk to the guy in charge of it but had to go to his apartment for 5 minutes first, so i sneaked in 2 more reps while he was gone. I considered walking over to see the other guy my rest between sets. When we returned to the track he sent me off to continue exercising, but then flagged me down again about 175 meters into my 5th rep. He wanted to talk about ping pong this time lol! I said we could check out the (rather impressive) table tennis facilities later and then went to finish my last 3 sprints. Overall it was a good workout despite the interruptions.
