Bike to and from work

Comments:
Nice easy ride to and from work, also rode to Hilldene and back. Feeling quite good and positive. Hip is aching a bit, but no sharp pain. I think the ache is more generalised, and it might be because I have been trying to stretch and strengthen the area.
