Comments:
Ran from outside gate to trailhead and back to car and then up again. Then ran to summit. Signs said trailhead to summit almost 6 miles - book says 5 miles. 1.2 miles of back and forth stuff at the bottom. I'll split the difference and call it 6.7 miles. Too steep to run much on uphill. Top section done in about an hour and downhill in 32 min
