Only got about 2 hours of sleep last night to study for a test today, so I wasn't sure how well this would actually go. Didn't turn out too bad. Triple bluff warm up felt kind of harder than usual. Afterwords we met up with the no hills group and ran to the 3 mile marker south and started the sprints on the way back. First 5 were an extension of the warm up working up to almost all out for the last 5. Felt awesome up to the last one where it felt a little too fast for me. About a 1.5 mile cool down. Went home and slept for 12 hours!
