Comments:
3 miles barefoot on vanhorn aka 14 laps, with mercer, jeff, drew, and little joe, went kind of easy but it is okay because I am not trying to over do it and get reinjured, one of my goals going into summer was to run at calvin...next year I will be there but for now good luck to those who are going, fight your asses off for a top7/10 spot you want, wish I could be doing it with you but for now I have to sit and be patient
