Weather: 90 and humid!
Comments:
Ran 2 miles up and then did 19 x 400 with :60 rest between and some more in between others. Ran about 4 with the men and the rest with the women. Most around 1:22-1:28 with a few in :73-:76. 1.5 down! Waxed. Not the best feeling considering I am sick and did a workout yesterday. But good to still be able to do this at age 40!!!
