Weather: cool weather, mid 60s.
Comments:
race today! warmup with the girls and cooldown with julia m. race was good, but half way through, my shins started to hurt. it was a quick pace race though. i'm happy with my results because i thought i did worse then at the marmion. half way through the race, a girl from de la salle? started talking to me, but i finally dropped her at the last half mile.
i'm a mile and a half above my mileage ):
everyone did a better job at cheering everyone on this time (:
i think i could have done better, i felt a little sick in my stomach and i kinda had to poo in the last half of the race..
