Oatlands (First race)

Weather: cool, light rain

Comments:
First race. Anthony asked me to run it like a tempo, which I didn't. I could have run much faster than I did, but I decided not to. I didn't feel very well during the race and had a shoulder cramp. I felt really bad about myself because I thought I had ran a minute slower than I actually did, so I'm ok with this time for now. I'm certain it will go way down as the season progresses.
Mile splits (assuming my third mile was the average x3): 6:53, 8:12, 8:07
I tired myself out proficiently after the race by running around to cheer for people.
