Comments:
3 mins easy 1 min fast. 40 minutes. Felt good. Achilles was pretty worrisome prior to this and I didn't really want to do the strides afterward because I felt a little destroyed, but there was no major pains or anything.
ICE BATH afterward. Mmmmmm.
