Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Easy 3-miler before leaving for SC! Legs felt DEMOLISHED and achey and my achilles was terrible, etc etc. But I stretched and such afterward and felt pretty decent getting on the bus.
I'm starting to notice that my achilles is getting more and more sore each day when I first stand up to move around. It takes a lot longer to warm up than it used to.
