Comments:
this went well :) except for the finish. the last quarter was kind of a disaster. first I didn't kick early enough, and then when I finally did start kicking, I stepped in a hole and almost wiped out. thus, two girls, one of them a calvin (>.<), went through a second ahead of me. still placed, and beat my track 5k PR by 3 seconds :) my xc 5k PR was from nationals last year, but they didn't take the split, so it was probably somewhere 19:00 to 19:05. so beat that well too :) I wasn't as dead at the finish as I'd like, probably from not finishing strong, so I know what to do at Cedarville in two weeks. Let's go.
