Warm-up 1 mile
3 sets of:
2 minute Hard Interval (faster than race pace) – 1 min. Easy
1 minute Hard – 30 sec. Easy (2 minutes between sets)
then, 2 x 200 and 1 x 400 all at race pace.
Cool down 1 mile
