10 minute warmup... I was definitely still a little sore from Monday but first set was mostly 33's and the second set was 32's with the last 2 being 29, 27. I wore my Brooks MD Surges and they are dead... I need to find my Milers or another pair of size 12 spikes by Saturday. Campus Loop to cooldown outside, which felt nice.
