Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
so we were told to just go same pace for one mile less. which is LOVELY!!! we were a bit slow through the first 3 (6:47 pace) then hit the last one in 6:30. good strong finish felt good. mile to the track, 300's (I think my form was MUCH better this week), then mile to veale, then barefoot mile (kinda fast?) with Megan. ice bath = cold.

also, couldn't steal the shampoo and conditioner I always do because its basketball-playing owner was in there using it!!! whoops :P

also runninglog.com is being stupid and won't let me log. wtf.
