well, this was a rust-buster if i ever saw one. went out in 515 ish and felt comfortable thinking i could move up from there. the 2nd mile with the hill was 538 and thats no good. i started falling back from there & before i knew it i packed it in with 2mi left. oh well, 1st real week of workouts and just getting off a foot injury. obviously the workouts i did this week are more of an indication of my fitness and i was just fatigued. eyes are on november.
