Team workout. 8, 12, 16, 12, 8. 1 min break. Not many people showed up. It was only Peter, Lane and Corrine. James Curry came too. He's thinking about joining the team. Hopefully we didn't scare him off with the 6am track workout. It was hard to keep pace with no one to run with.
