Exercise Type: Run
Weather: perfect for running.
Comments:
Kinda wished I ran in this race as my first race because mostly everyone was using it as a workout, so i wouldn't have felt AS bad with not going all out. Anyways, I did alot of cheering running for place to place for 3 races, so I'm guestimating that was about a mile-ish. Did crunches, strengthening and stretching when I got home.
Oh and knees hurt slightly when walking today (the day after i did my first tempo run) but not as badly as i thought it could be, and after some stretching and icing they felt better which is good. Can't wait to run at Mercersburg.
Wow, this shouldn't even be a log, I guess I'm just trying to get in the habit of logging again.
