mile repeats this morning on the track because the forecast called for rain all night..it didn't. wanted to start out at 5:20 and cut down a little. the first was pretty chill because the guys wanted to go and i wasn't nearly finished warming up..went into it not 3min after warming up. with the next 3 i just wanted to maintain and not feel like absolute trash..still feeling last week a little and this weekend's soreness.
