Weather: 65 and windy

Comments:
Did not feel the best but got through it. Lead a few to get the body going. After the first two could feel a blister on the small toe of the right foot. Got through the workout 14 x 400 w/200 jog in 1:00-1:15. Happy with the workout, but became really beat later on in the day.
