MacArthur and back along Loughboro

Comments:
Ran steady down past Nebraska and Loughboro to MacArthur and back up. I strained my left calf in yesterday's race so I'm going to take it easy tomorrow. Made a conscious effort to swing my arms almost exaggeratedly when I ran back up the hill (which was huge), which would increase the height I could get my foot off the ground. I then made a conscious effort to swing out my leg forward more than usual, which ended up overall improving my stride up the hill. I started to feel more and more refreshed as I ran back to school, so after Ward Circle I picked it up a bit. All was well until about halfway back on Nebraska, when the tightness in my calves sort of caused my ankle tendons to quit, so it was harder to land well. Good run overall.
