Exercise Type: Run
Weather: nicenice running weather.
Comments:
YO acquilles tendon (i don't know how to spell it) were hurting bad before practice.. but while running, i couldn't feel it at alll. and now it hurts again. .... i hate those new shoes i got.. i'm gonna' use my old ones from now on.
anyway, ran with kai the whole way through, nice easy pace ruunning. i was concentrating a lot on my form, my arms were good, and my legs feel so much lighter by legthening my stride. it was a good day, yay it's "FRIDAY"!
splits: 10:04, 10:32, 10:41, 9:40.
extra workkkkkk: 3x10 on each leg lateral leg raises, 3x10 on each leg bend leg raises, 3x10 on each leg runner's reaches, 2x12 on each leg stick opposite leg and opposite arm out, calf walks, an ab circuit.
