Weather: 72 and AC under a fan!
Comments:
Ran 8 miles on the treadmill in the wellness center before practice. Started out at 7:08 pace and gradually worked down. Ran last mile in about 5:50 pace. Felt pretty good for the most part. Day off from abs!
