Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
20 min warmup, 8 x 300, 10 min cooldown. Really didn't feel very good today. Maybe it was the lifting yesterday, or the less sleep I got last night, but I'm not too worried. My heel hurts a little but it should not be too bad.
I recovered my loop today by asking Mosci about it before practice. He was literally holding my loop hostage in a hidden room in the equipment room (because there were too many clothes on it). There aren't words to adequately describe that.
