Finally. Finally!!

A run that was not pressured by time or by a full stomach. Ah. :)

So happy to get out tonight and have a really solid run.

7:14 - Had a sidestich (similar to that from eating too much)
14:00 - ^ Feeling heightened
25:00 - Feeling went away, but then really had to poo. Go figure.
30:00-37:00 Everything felt great! (Minus the poo)

So happy right now though. 5 miles is a lot harder now after taking such a long break, but I'm determined to keep working at this.
