Comments:
My 2nd transition was 0:37. I felt pretty bad for the first 10 min on the run. I took a hammer gel at the beginning but threw it up. The rest of the run felt good though. My leg were sore from the bike and there were a few really bad hills but overall it wasn't bad. My total time for the whole race was 2:38:10
